LITTLE ROCK, AR.  Issued KARK-TV, Little Rock, AR,
a letter of admonishment for violating the Commission's
rules by recording and broadcasting a telephone call to
Mattie Hudgons during the week of September 27, 1993,
without informing her, before recording it, of its intention
to do so.  (By Letter [DA 94-816] adopted July 13 by the
Chief, Complaints and Investigations Branch, Enforcement
Division, Mass Media Bureau)

BASIC CABLE SERVICE RATES.  Ordered those cable
operators and franchising authorities wishing to supplement
their petitions and responsive pleadings in the matter of
