FCC ANNOUNCES INVESTIGATION REGARDING
IVDS AUCTIONS - GEN. DOCKET 94-96   (Report DC -

      The Commission announced today that it has
initiated an investigation of the conduct of certain applicants
in the July 1994 Interactive Video and Data Service auctions
to determine whether serious misconduct has occurred.
