RALEIGH, NC.  Remanded proceeding  for new FM
station on Channel 275A at Raleigh, NC, to the presiding
officer for further hearing and preparation of a second
further supplemental initial decision to determine financial
qualifications of Rem Mallow Broadcasting and Free Air
Corporation.  (MM Docket No. 88-306 by MO&O [FCC
94R-14] adopted August 30 by the Review Board)

"CALL-BACK" PROCEEDING.  The Commission, on its
own motion, has expanded the scope of the issues to be
reconsidered as a result of AT&T's petition for
reconsideration of three applications granted by the FCC to
allow companies to resell international switched services of
other carriers using a "call-back' configuration.  (By Order
[FCC 94-227] adopted September 2 by the Commission)

HEMET, CA.  Set aside the portion of the SMR license
grant to Edward Johnson, Station WNZH 441, for
frequencies 863.3125 MHz, 864.3125 MHz, and 865.3125
MHz, at Hemet, CA.  (By MO&O [DA 94-968] adopted
August 31 by the Deputy Chief, Licensing Division, Private
Radio Bureau)









NIAGARA MOHAWK POWER CORPORATION. 
Ordered that the construction deadline by which Niagara
Mohawk Power is required to build its 220-222 MHz land
mobile systems pending the outcome of ongoing negotiations
with Canada is extended until eight months from the date the
terms of an agreement with Canada are released.  (By Order

GTE TELEPHONE OPERATING COMPANIES (GTOC). 
Suspended for one day and instituted an investigation of
GTOC's Transmittal No. 909,  to establish video channel
service for Apollo CableVision, Inc., a cable company
