and Feature Group B Connections which provide the
physical connection between a Local Exchange Company
End Office Switch and the AT&T Central Office, for

PRICE CAP TREATMENT OF REGULATORY FEES. 
Ordered that common carriers subject to price cap regulation
are granted a waiver permitting exogenous treatment of the
costs associated with the regulatory fees imposed by Section
9 of the Communications  Act and the Commission's
implementing regulations  on the terms stated in the Order.

INTRASTATE CELLULAR SERVICE RATES.  Addressed
issues in the matter of Petition of People of the State of
California and the Public Utilities Commission of the State
of California to retain regulatory authority over interstate
cellular service rates; waived the prohibition of Section
20.13 on additional pleadings, and permit necessary
additional pleadings to be filed pursuant to the terms of
Section 1.45 of the Commission's rules; denied motion to
defer filings dates.  (PR Docket No. 94-105 by Order
Waiving Certain Pleading Rules and Denying Deferral of
Filing Dates [DA 94-1115] adopted October 7 by the Chief,
Private Radio Bureau)

INTERACTIVE VIDEO AND DATA SERVICE
LICENSES.  Denied various requests for waiver of the
filing date requirement for the initial down payment  in the
first auction of 594 interactive video and data service
licenses; granted request by Emerging Technologies
Partners, Georgia Felger, Henry Mayfield and Pueblo
Communications to elect small business status out of time;
denied Mayfield's request to amend his FCC Form 175
from individual applicant to partnership status..  (By Order
