GRANTED ITFS CHANNELS B1-B4 IN RAYVILLE, LA

     The Commission has granted the application of
Ouachita Academy of Arts and Science for a construction
permit and license in the Instructional Fixed Television
Service (ITFS) on Channels B1-B4 in Rayville, LA; and
denied the competing applications of North Louisiana Area
Health Education Center Foundation and Northeast
Louisiana University for ITFS channels at Holly Ridge and
Monroe, LA, respectively.
