     The Cable Services Bureau of the Federal
Communications Commission today issued orders resolving
the a la carte issues raised in twelve Letters of Inquiry that
were issued by the Commission.

grounds that the complaints  concern rates that are outside

BLACK ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION, INC.
Clarified that cable operators may share a single cable
channel between such home shopping services as the Home
Shopping Network or QVC and BET's planned service
