TV-24 SARASOTA, INC. vs. COMCAST CABLEVISION 
OF WEST FLORIDA, INC. In response to  a petition for 
relief filed by  TV-24 Sarasota, Inc.,   alleging  violations 
of the  Commission's commercial leased access rules by 
Comcast Cablevision of West Florida, Inc.  Inc., ordered
Comcast Cablevision of West Florida, Inc. to file with the
Commission all contracts for programming and any other 
relevant documentation, that it used to justify the calculation
of the maximum monthly implicit net fee for leased access,
ordered Comcast to establish reasonable schedule of rates 
or rate card for different times of day pursuant to which, if
all times were  used, the sum of the part time charges for
any single leased access channel would not exceed its
maximum monthly rate for a leased access channel and to
maintain certain records.  (By MO&O [DA 94-1563] 
adopted December 23 by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

TV-24 SARASOTA, INC. vs. PARAGON CABLE.  In
response to  a petition for  relief filed by  TV-24 Sarasota,
