Issued letter responding to an inquiry concerning the cessation of WWOR-TV's delivery of its signal via satellite to cable operators, and the substitute delivery of Discovery's Animal Planet channel by the satellite transponder. Clarified that a cable operator using FCC Form 1240 annually need not also file a FCC Form 1210 to reflect this channel adjustment.
