PETITION OF CITY OF ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS FOR A WAIVER OF 47 C.F.R. SECTION 25.104. Granted the petition filed by the city of Rockford, Illinois. Rockford sought to enforce restrictions on the installation of a ten foot in diameter satellite receive-only earth station antenna in an historic area of the City. Commission found that the local regulations in question are not preempted by section 25.104 of the FCC's rules and, therefore, no waiver is neeed to enforce them. Action by Bureau Chief.
