JERRY SZOKA. Affirmed the Summary Decision of Chief Administrative Law Judge Joseph Chachkin, released September 4, 1998, FCC 98D-3, which orders Jerry Szoka to cease and desist from operating an unauthorized broadcast station in violation of Section 301 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, prohibiting radio communications without a license, and imposes a monetary forfeiture of $11,000 for operating in violation of Section 301; ordered Jerry Szoka and all persons in active concert or participation with him, to cease and desist from making unauthorized radio transmissions in violation of Section 301; ordered Jerry Szoka to forfeit $11,000 for willful violation of Section 301; terminated proceeding.
