Filings Due Date: October 3, 2024
On July 29, 2024, the FCC released a Public Notice establishing October 3, 2024 as the date for certain entities to file in the Recordkeeping Compliance Certification and Contact Information Registry (RCCCI Registry). Specifically, covered providers and manufacturers of interoperable video conferencing service (IVCS), including video conferencing platforms, must file in the RCCCI Registry regarding their efforts to make their services and equipment accessible to people with disabilities, as required by the Commission’s rules, and their contact information.
The RCCCI Registry is available for filers at https://apps.fcc.gov/rccci-registry/. Additional guidance for filers is available at: https://www.fcc.gov/rccci-filing-instructions. In future years, the filing date for IVCS providers and manufacturers will be April 1 on an annual basis. Consumers may search for company information by visiting http://apps.fcc.gov/rccci-search/search.action.
