On February 26, 2024, the FCC released a Public Notice to remind service providers and equipment manufacturers to maintain records of their efforts to make their telecommunications services and equipment, advanced communications services and equipment, and Internet browsers built into mobile phones accessible to people with disabilities.

The FCC also reminded these service providers and equipment manufacturers of the April 1, 2024, deadline to file their annual recordkeeping certifications.  Further, as needed, these entities must file or update their contact information in the FCC’s Recordkeeping Compliance Certification and Contact Information (RCCCI) Registry at https://apps.fcc.gov/rccci-registry/
