Due Date:  April 1, 2025

On March 3, 2025, the FCC released a Public Notice to remind service providers and equipment manufacturers to maintain records of their efforts to make their telecommunications services and equipment, advanced communications services and equipment, and Internet browsers built into mobile phones accessible to people with disabilities.

Further, the FCC reminded these service providers and equipment manufacturers of the April 1, 2025, deadline to file their annual recordkeeping certifications.  If needed, these entities must file or update their contact information in the FCC’s Recordkeeping Compliance Certification and Contact Information (RCCCI) Registry at: https://apps.fcc.gov/rccci-registry/login!input.action.

Consumers may use the RCCCI Registry to search for company contact information if they want to contact the company directly to resolve complaints regarding the company’s services and equipment at http://apps.fcc.gov/rccci-search/search.action
