On October 28, 2024, the FCC released a Public Notice announcing the filing of four Petitions for Reconsideration in the carceral communications proceeding.

On November 8, 2024, the Public Notice was published in the Federal Register, establishing the dates for submitting oppositions and replies to the Petitions.

Interested parties may file oppositions and replies by accessing the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings.  All filings must reference WC Docket Nos. 12-375 and 23-62.
