This is the proposed U.S. Cyber Trust Mark logo, for which the FCC is seeking registration as a certification mark from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This logo has been developed in conjunction with the FCC’s proposed cybersecurity labeling program. See Fact Sheet and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. The logo may not be used without the prior express written consent of the FCC. Anyone educating consumers about the mark or the proposed labeling program (including members of the media) may contact MediaRelations@fcc.gov for permission to use the logo in the context of such efforts.
