Purpose: This report provides the reserve ratio for large incumbent local exchange carriers (“ILECs”) for the period 1938 through the current period. This report includes all ILECs subject to the Commission’s depreciation represciption process.
Source: ARMIS Report 43-02, Table B-1, Balance Sheet, Rows 3100 Accumulated Depreciation and 240 Total TPIS (before amortizable assets). Prior to year 1990, the source was the Annual Form M.
Content: Results are selected and displayed for the following aggregations:

· Selected range from 1938 through the current period
Method: The annual rate is calculated by dividing Row 3100 by Row 240 and multiplying by 100. The results are rounded to one decimal place. Dollars are shown in millions.
