The Commission dismissed with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction a complaint that a provider of international telecommunications services filed against a Haitian mobile carrier. As an independent and alternative basis, the Commission denied the complaint on the merits.

Order on Review – MB Docket No. 21-401
The Commission issued an Order on Review affirming the Enforcement Bureau’s April 12, 2023, Revocation Order (Revocation Order) revoking Mr. Wahl’s license to WQZS(FM) in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania. The Revocation Order issued after the Administrative Law Judge terminated a hearing on Mr. Wahl’s character qualifications to hold a license, due to his failure to participate meaningfully in the hearing.
