On March 3, 2011, the FCC issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on how to ensure that the 54 million Americans with Disabilities can access advanced communications services, equipment and networks under the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA).
The comment and reply comment dates for this NPRM have been extended. The new comment dates for this proceeding are:
