Patrick Webre, the Acting Chief of the FCC's Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, posted a blog to commemorate the 27th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  His posting reviews The efforts of the FCC to ensure that all Americans have equal access to essential communications services, including Americans who are deaf-blind.
