On March 6, 2019, the FCC released a Public Notice to remind service providers and equipment manufacturers to maintain records of their efforts to make their telecommunications services and equipment, advanced communications services and equipment, and Internet browsers built into mobile phones accessible to people with disabilities, as required by the FCC’s rules.

The FCC also reminds these service providers and equipment manufacturers to file their annual recordkeeping certifications and, as needed, to file or update their contact information by April 1, 2019, in the FCC’s Recordkeeping Compliance Certification and Contact Information Registry at https://apps.fcc.gov/rccci-registry/.
