Spring 2024 - General Duties
FCC Commissioner Geoffrey Starks seeks part-time and full-time student voluntary interns for the Washington, DC office beginning in Spring 2024. Interns will work on the full range of communications and technology topics handled by the Commission to advance the policy goals of empowering consumers, increasing all communities' access to affordable broadband and protecting national security.
Interns will assist the Commissioner and advisors with legal research, writing, and analysis. Interns may also participate in meetings with various stakeholder groups and help with external outreach such as drafting speeches and press statements.
- Selection Criteria
Candidates should be US citizens who are current law students and graduate students with strong academic credentials, an interest in communications law (though experience is not required) and a commitment to public service. Full-time availability is preferred but not required. - Send Application to
