July 2015 Open Commission Meeting

The FCC held this Open Meeting on the subjects listed below:

• Competitive Bidding:
  The Commission considered a Report and Order, Order on Reconsideration, Third Order on Reconsideration and a Third Report and Order that provides meaningful opportunities for small businesses, rural telephone companies, and businesses owned by members of minority groups and women to participate in the provision of spectrum-based services, and also strengthens the Commission's rules to protect against unjust enrichment to ineligible entities.
• Modernize Field Operations:
  The Commission considered an order to modernize the agency's field operations within the Enforcement Bureau.
