The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) and Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) hosted this meeting of prospective Spectrum Access System (SAS) administrators and Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC) operators to discuss the proposal submission process and address questions from prospective SAS Administrators and ESC operators. At this meeting, WTB and OET only addressed questions related to the SAS or ESC requirements or the process for reviewing proposals. Other matters, including those raised in pending petitions for reconsideration in GN Docket No. 12-354, were not be addressed.
