Biennial Forms 323 and 323-E Information Session

The 2017 biennial Form 323 and Form 323-E broadcast ownership report filing window will open on December 1, 2017, and all reports must be filed by the extended deadline of March, 2, 2018. In advance of the filing window, the Media Bureau hosted this public information session to unveil the electronic version of the revised Forms 323 and 323-E in the Commission's Licensing and Management System (LMS). During this session, Bureau Staff presented an overview of the revised biennial Forms 323 and 323-E and conducted a filing demonstration. Staff also responded to questions presented in person and submitted via e-mail. This session was designed to assist both novice and experienced filers, particularly with the transition to LMS.
