Holiday Consumer Safety Tips Webinar

This webinar provided valuable consumer tips and best practices on how to be a smart consumer during the holiday season. In partnership with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the FCC’s Consumer and Government Affairs Bureau (CGB) hosted this webinar to address issues that impact consumers the most during this time of the year.

The free webinar provided consumer protection information on topics including: robocalls and spoofing; protecting your mobile device; public wi-fi security tips; privacy issues associated with using mobile devices and apps; and giving to charities.
