Inmarsat-CIP-Stratos

Robert M. Franklin, Trustee and Inmarsat plc have filed a series of applications seeking approval of the indirect transfer of control of Stratos Global Corporation, and its wholly-owned subsidiaries that hold licenses and authorizations from the Commission, from an irrevocable trust, for which Mr. Franklin is the trustee, to Inmarsat.
