On October 2, 2020, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a Report and Order (Order) establishing Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services (TFS) Fund compensation rates for the Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) for the next two years. T-Mobile USA, Inc. on behalf of Sprint Communications Company L.P., and IDT Telcom, Inc. filed petitions for reconsideration of certain aspects of the IP CTS rates set in the Order.
On February 22, 2021, the opposition and reply due dates were published in the Federal Register. On February 26, 2021, the FCC released a Public Notice to announce the comment due dates.
