On August 1, 2022, the FCC granted the request of Peloton Interactive, Inc. (Peloton) to withdraw its petition requesting a limited waiver of the Commission’s rules requiring the accessibility of user interfaces on covered digital apparatus.  The American Council of the Blind (ACB), Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), Helen Keller National Center for DeafBlind Youths and Adults (HKNC), National Association of the Deaf (NAD), and Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. (TDI) have indicated support for the withdrawal request.
