In the ARMIS Procedures Order (DA 14-1387), released September 24, 2014, the Wireline Competition Bureau revised certain aspects of the electronic filing procedures for ARMIS reports to comply with the Commission's cyber security policies. To ensure the security of the Commission's electronic filing systems and data network, we disabled the Electronic ARMIS Filing System (EAFS) submission capabilities and required ARMIS submissions be made through the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) in CC Docket No. 86-182, rather than EAFS. The modified filing procedures went into effect on January 1, 2015. |
