In accordance with section 511(c) of the PIRATE Act, the FCC is required to submit an annual report summarizing the implementation of this section and associated enforcement activities for the previous fiscal year to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate.
