The 2450 to 2483.5 MHz Band is shared with unlicensed Part 15, Land Mobile Part 90 and Microwave Part 101 Services. Public Safety operation on Part 90 would support mobile operation with a maximum output power of 5 watts and higher power for fixed and temporary-fixed operation under Part 101. No protection from interference due to the operation of industrial, scientific, or medical (ISM) devices under Part 18.
