On July 29, 2024, the FCC released a Public Notice seeking comment on an application filed by Bond Communications, Inc. (Bond) for a 5-year certification to provide Video Relay Service (VRS). Bond states its services will include hearing and deaf interpreters who specialize in working with children to provide better access to remote learning opportunities and better connectivity to their hearing friends and relatives.
Interested parties may file comments by accessing the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings. All filings must reference CG Docket Nos. 03-123 and 10-51. People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online, or who need materials in accessible formats (braille, large print, electronic files, audio format), may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov.
