On November 21, 2024, the FCC released an Order granting an application filed by Bond Communications, Inc. (Bond), for certification as a provider of Video Relay Service (VRS) for two years, subject to the conditions adopted in the Order.  Conditional certification allows Bond to receive compensation from the Interstate Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) Fund for providing VRS while allowing the FCC to further verify that Bond’s VRS service will meet or exceed the minimum TRS standards.
