- Established Round 2 of the COVID-19 Telehealth Program, a $249.95 million initiative to help healthcare providers offer telehealth services during the pandemic.
- Created the $3.2 billion Emergency Broadband Benefit to help households afford internet service during the pandemic.
- Offered discounts of up to $50 per month for broadband service and up to $75 per month for households on Tribal lands.
- Provided a one-time discount of up to $100 for eligible households to purchase connected devices.
- Created the $7.1 billion Emergency Connectivity Fund to help schools and libraries purchase equipment and services for remote learning.
- Raised awareness of COVID-19 related phone and text scams.
- Issued consumer alerts with tips to optimize home networks during the pandemic.
- Implemented the FCC COVID-19 Workforce Safety Plan to ensure safe workplace operations.
