On February 14, 2020, the FCC released a public notice announcing that effective February 15, 2020, Purple Communications, Inc. (Purple) is turning in its conditional certification for cancellation and dismissing its application for full certification to provide video relay service (VRS).  Purple will continue operations as a sub-brand of ZP Better Together, LLC, formerly known as CSDVRS, LLC.
