Introductory comments in body of E-mail: On October 12, 2010, the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunication Bureau (WTB) released a Public Notice (PN) seeking comments on ways that the 21st Century Communications and Video Programming Accessibility Act affects the Commission’s recent proposals to expand its hearing aid compatibility requirements (HAC) to advanced wireless technologies.
