Verizon Wireless And Rural Cellular Corporation

Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless and Rural Cellular Corporation (RCC) have filed a series of applications pursuant to Sections 214 and 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934. In these applications, the companies seek Commission approval of the transfer of control of licenses, authorizations and spectrum manager leases held by RCC and its subsidiaries from RCC to a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Verizon Wireless.
