This report summarizes the Automated Reporting Management Information System (ARMIS) service quality data filed by the regional Bell companies, Sprint and other price-cap regulated incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) for calendar year 2004. The data track the quality of service provided to both retail customers (business and residential) and access customers (interexchange carriers).
