COMPLAINTS ABOUT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ISSUES
Do you have a complaint about a company that provides telecommunications services? Are you unsure about how to resolve your complaint? This section of our Web Site will guide you through the options for resolving your complaint about these issues.

Filing a complaint. The Communications Act provides several options for filing complaints about telecommunications services. In most instances, filing a consumer complaint with the FCC allows for resolution of a complaint, including refunds/credits from the company involved in the dispute, at no additional cost to the consumer. However, if a consumer is seeking award of financial damages, they may choose to file a legal action with the FCC or in Federal District Court.
