Washington, D.C. – On December 7, 2010, Chairman Julius Genachowski announced the establishment of the Video Programming Accessibility Advisory Committee (VPAAC), an advisory committee required by the Twenty-first Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA).[1] The first meeting of this committee was held on January 13, 2011.
The Commission has set the date for the next VPAAC meeting as Thursday, May 5, 2011.
The meeting will be held at the Commission Headquarters, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20554, and will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
