Users should consult the FCC's Universal License System (ULS) to confirm the exact status of any license and related applications. The 2.5 GHz Rural Tribal Priority Window represented an opportunity to become a licensee subject to certain conditions and regulations. Licensees should familiarize themselves with all the legal and technical requirements as contained in the Commission's rules. specifically those in Parts 1 and 27 of our rules from Commission licensees.
