Section 251 Wireline Network Changes

The Commission’s rules specify when an incumbent local exchange carrier must provide notice of a network change pursuant to Section 251(c)(5) of the Communications Act, what content must be included in that notice, the methods and timing of providing notice, and rules for objections and replies. See 47 C.F.R. §§ 51.325 – 51.335.
