Spectrum Enforcement Division,
in conjunction with the
Regional and Field Offices,
is responsible for handling issues
regarding unlicensed operations and violations of the Commission's
technical rules such as operation at unauthorized location or
frequency, interference caused by operations in violation of Commission
rules or terms of station authorizations, operations at excessive
power, and antenna structure violations.
