T-Mobile US, Inc. (T-Mobile) and Sprint Corporation (Sprint) have filed applications seeking Commission approval to transfer control to T-Mobile of the licenses and authorizations held by Sprint and its wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries. If approved, Deutsche Telekom AG will be the single largest shareholder and will control the new company. T-Mobile and Sprint are the third and fourth largest national wireless carriers in the United States.
